Jason sighed, lifting the door and peering around. There was a small window there, yes, but other than that everything was dark. "It's fine," he mumbled, stepping up into the storage room and holding it open for her. He wasn't normally one to remember manners, of course, but he wasn't even sure whether she was still there or not, seeing as she was invisible...
"Okay..." he mumbled, looking out through the window. There was nothing there really; the street was somewhat deserted, actually, as it was raining. "I think we should be fine getting through," he told her in an undertone, glancing around. He still wasn't sure where exactly she was...

"Okay," Ellie smiled a bit as he held open the doorway. "Thanks." She was slightly surprised. It was strange, having him hold open the door for her. "I think we should be fine too. Wet, but fine." She took the cloak off, letting it billow into her hands. "It's mainly grocery shoppers," the now-visible Ellie said. "Should I wear this? Because when people know me here, they tend to call me the name of a flower." She informed him.

Jason nodded. He frowned slightly, shrugging at her next comment. "Name of a flower...? Anyways, I don't care, but if you do wear it I'll look like I'm talking to myself." He didn't particularly feel like looking like an idiot that day - or any day, for that matter, but either way... He just didn't want to look like he was taking to himself. It wouldn't be of any fun...

"Yes," Ellie confirmed. "The name of a freaking flower." She shook her head. "So don't say I didn't warn you," she warned as she bundled up the cloak into her book bag. "I've got the map and my wand, and the cloaks are in here. No one'll know if they spill out. They'll just make the ground invisible, I guess." She shrugged. "Ready?

Jason raised his eyebrows. "Wouldn't someone notice if the ground turned invisible?" How could you turn the ground invisible anyways? He pushed open the door, walking through and this time leaving her to get it for herself. Jason didn't normally remember manners, and now that he could see her there was no way he was about to start remembering them again.

"Well...." Ellie thought about that. "Well, I don't know. Maybe. But it would be so fun to walk on. Cause you'd be walking on air." She nodded quickly and slipped through the door just before it closed. "So what do you want to do?"

Jason shrugged at her question, walking out of the store and glancing up and down the street. That dress shop Lila had once dragged him to... the Three Broomsticks... post office... the Shrieking Shack... Hm. "Anyways," he added, after thinking through her comment on walking on air, "You wouldn't be walking on air. You'd be walking on an invisible ground... and there's definitely a difference."

After a thought, Ellie nodded in agreement. "You're right." She said as a child ran up to them. "Hi, Chrysanthemum!" The child greeted. "Hi, Keely." Ellie smiled at the redheaded child and gave her a quick hug. "Who's that?" Keely whispered. "This is Jason." She said simply, and the child waved and headed back to her mother. "Bye Chrysanthemum and Jason!"

Jason raised his eyebrows. Well... that had been interesting...? "They call you /Crysanthemum/?" Of all the things you could call someone, it was 'crysanthemum'? The name of a flipping flower. A flower. "And why was she whispering? And how do you know her?" He wasn't quite sure where all the questions had come from, or why it was now of all times that they flew from his mouth, but they were now.

"Yes." Ellie informed him. "We're usually like, stalked when we go to Hogsmeade, so I usually go by Chrysanthemum Pottop. But everyone calls me Chrysanthemum. And Keely is very shy - she doesn't know you and doesn't like to be rude. And her mother is Mary Magdeline, a Muggleborn. She knew my mother. And why are you so curious?"

Jason snorted, shaking his head as she answered all of his questions. Well, she hadn't actually needed to answer... but whatever she wanted, right? "I was just wondering," he told her with a shrug. "We should go... to... um... the Three Broomsticks." He wasn't sure why, but she had asked before, had she not? He started down the street, not bothering to check whether or not she was following him.

Ellie quickly started behind him, slowing down after awhile because she had begun to count her steps. "One, two, three..." this was so fun. And she hadn't even stepped on a rock and tripped yet! She was very proud. "Twenty two, twenty-three....." She wasn't even checking to see where Jason was anymore. It was too fun.

Jason sighed, shaking his head as he watched her. Girls... Although, he did have to admit that he'd been counting his steps earlier as well, it was completely different to be counting her steps when she already had something to do. Ah. Why were most of the Potters insane? He meant no offence to her, no. But honestly. "Don't tell me you're counting your steps again..." he mumbled, rolling his eyes.
