Still snow fell outside on this blizzarding Tuesday morning, and being in the dungeons didn't help the cold. All the students were bundled up, huddled together in groups as the Death Eater they had today wandered up and down the rows, handing back the last Potions essay.
Aubrey watched as the professor passed her by, then returned after giving a few other students their marks. Silently, the Death Eater woman dropped the roll of parchment in front of Aubrey, allowing ti to unravel and show a 'D'. God d**n, Aubrey hated Potions at the moment.
Her hair was pulled into two high, bimbo pigtails, the loose stands being curled between her fingers. if it hadn't been for the wand tucked behind her ear, anyone could have mistaken her for a Muggle cheerleader. But nope, as much as Aubrey would have loved that, she stuck with Gymnastics and Magic. Chocolate eyes blinked down at the parchment, a scowl on her lips for a moment before it turned to another dull bored expression.
"Be good," Hissed the Death Eater woman as she turned on her heel, then muttered coldly, "or I'll get the Headmaster down here, you insignificant little prats..."
And she was gone. A moment's pause, then suddenly the classroom burst into an uproar of laughter and chit-chatter. Yep, school is sweat, thought Aubrey. She pulled the striped scarf closer around her thin neck, shaking the bangs from her eyes as she did this. Now then, where was that Andre. The McLaggen girl looked to the front of the class, seeing blonde hair and a easy to spot grin. Oh, there was that gorgeous French boy.

Where had she gone? Oh, the teacher was gone. Where, he didn't know of course, but she was gone at least, and he was thankful for that. He glanced around the classroom, to find Aubrey by the back. Ah... He glanced over by the door once more. No one would notice, nor care, correct? Nope. He got up, moving over to the empty seat to one side of the dark-haired girl.
"Well, hello there, Aubrey darling." Ah, that was becoming a routine now, the pet name and all. Oh well. He would deal, and he had a feeling she wasn't one to mind. "How are you on this... not-so lovely day?" No, he had to admit, the day had been dreadful as of yet. With all this homework piled up on them that week, all due quite soon considering the mass amount that there was. Andre wasn't about to completely slack off, but then at the same time, he wasn't the one spending hours in the library working either.
Honestly, who did that?
He really had no idea what his own Potions mark was, actually, having left it on his desk. Best not to reveal the terrible things in life until completely necessary, as you all know. Or... the saying went something like that anyways - Andre was not about to spend time familiarizing (if that was actually a word; he wasn't sure) with English phrases and the such, honestly. Or even some of their more advanced words.
How had he been expected to follow that textbook of his anyways? His parents, feeling that he would better fit in in that way, had actually sold all of those lovely textbooks of his in the language that he actually did know ever so well. So, now he was there stuck with a book with scrawls all over it and the like. How was he able to survive? Well, he'd be lucky to pass this year... huh...

Aubrey met eyes with Andre; it seemed that has been looking for each other. Hurrah. The blonde began his decent over to Aubrey, where she smiled brightly at him, chirping a "hello!" in welcome.
Again, she gave a hello. "Hello, Andre-dear!!" Aubrey said excitedly, waving her hand at the seat beside her as he took it. Hm, that bottom of his was rather nice, Aubrey had noticed as the boy sat down. That was Aubrey; always with her head in the gutter.
Aubrey couldn't understand how he thought his day 'not-so lovely'. I mean, yes, it was snowing, and yes it was making the grounds beautiful; was that such a bad thing? Sure, the cold would nip at Aubrey's shoeless toes (Just a pair of fuzzy pink and orange socks for this girl), but she could handle it. She was used to snow. She had visited Greenland last summer, and the more snow, the happier this teenager was.
"I think the day is beautiful! And it has been splendid!" Aubrey said, grinning at Andre. Today, she looked especially well. Since Aubrey rarely wore makeup except for the eye liner and dab of rainbow, multicolored eye shadow patters (she hardly did this, however), the pinkness of the cold on her cheeks made her look like an angle. Rosy cheeked, a pink noes, lips covered in a nice gloss so that they would not chap, and again with the bit of eye liner. Yes, she looked wonderful. But it would be better if she let her hair down, and she knew it. But she wouldn't. It would mean having to wear a sort of snow-deflecting took or something.
At the moment, Aubrey was bundled in a light yellow jumper that was of some soft, silk material, over a pair of jean Capri's and a white sweater. Under those jeans were some of those tight things, of which were white and yellow polka doted, just visible after her Capri's. They (as said by Bee), were actually good at keeping one warm. But, that was not all, no. She wore that lovely jacket from Aunty, and those fuzzy sock-matching mittens were in her pocket for when she went outside. Aubrey in a nutshell; ready to face the weather outside.
The mcLaggen child turned to look at Andre, take in his good-looks and perfect smile. Yeah, this boy was H - A - W - T. Her smile still plastered onto her cheeks, Aubrey asked, "And, how has your's been, love?" in her almost-sexy, playful sort of way.

Andre grinned slightly. Why was he not surprised? That was Aubrey alright. Crazy, insane, optimistic Aubrey. Indeed. She was never different, no matter the situation. Of course, that wasn't a bad thing. Not knowing what she would be like would be terrible though... "Well, my day's been... alright."
It hadn't been /terrible/. Busy, yes, but hey - he was sitting there in a classroom where the insanely cold teacher was not present, and Aubrey was there. Though, it could be better - he could be waited on hand and foot by some amazingly cool French-speaking clone of Aubrey, with this Aubrey there on his other side... Dare to dream, right? After all, the ambitious ones were the ones that got anywhere.
"But for the most part, Aubrey dear, my day's been good." Yes, it had, really. It was freezing outside and his bag had been ripped that morning by some... annoying second year, and classes sucked as usual, and they were having homework piled on them, but for the most part it had been a nice day. Who was he kidding? The day had really just sucked.
But it was all good now. Yes. He was sitting in the Potions dungeon, unusually warm that day as the potions were... boiling there over the fires. Yep. That wasn't all too bad.
OOC;; AHHHH OMG IT SUCKS. Dx

Aubrey smiled at him, flopping herself like a rag doll onto the free space in front of her. The other, not-so free space was covered by a boiling cauldron and her text books, which she had not forgotten to bring this class. Lucky for her, it meant not having an excuse for late assignments next class. Oh joy.
Aubrey allowed her hand to depart from the twine of hair, and hang loosely over her head. Bored much? yes. if only something or someone would sweep her off her feet. I mean, Andre was there, but she needed someone hyperactive and insane, like she was, someone like Erwin, who was probably with his other seventh year not-friends of his. She stared up at Andre, giggling lightly as if, well, drunk. Yeah, that sort of, 'I don't know what I'm doing' sort of drunken giggle. But she wasn't drunk. Just, bored. Yep.
Her dark eyes watched Andre and his movements for a while, then the beauty heaved a sigh, and pulled herself back up again. "It's a good thing you're day was good," she pointed out, reaching a hand to caress Andre's cheek for a moment, smiling, then curl her fingers threw the Frenches hair. Andre... Would look good... In a tight leather pink thong, with a heart cut out so that just above his-, would be open, and if he hand a whip, and if Aubrey was tied up, and if Andre's hair was a mess, and... If he had, like, a huge stiffy. There goes Aubrey again with her fantasies, that could never make the girl blush, just want to attack Andre with all her sex-goddess joy.
"After school, (at night), we should hang out, (have sex)." But what were in brackets were thoughts of the girls, and what were not in those curved lines were her speech. Oh wow, Aubrey. Having fun teenage years or what?

Yes, because my day was just brilliant. It's freezing, we have a ton of homework, amd I still have no friends but my sister, and it's f**king December. It's been a great day.
"It's a good thing yours was too," he told her in a much softer tone than his thoughts would have come out. It was a good thing he wasn't like... everyone he knew, what with their terrible lying and the like. Dear lord. He didn't think he would be able to live with not being able to lie actually, if he thought about it. Well, yes, his life would be for the most part destroyed. Actually, most of the things that came out of the boy's mouth were lies.
He removed her hand from his hair, taking it in his own. "Yeah, we should," he agreed, with a fervent nod. Why did he have the very vague feeling that she had been in thought just moments before...? Oh well. Shrugging it off and deciding that it was just one of those... feelings that had no explanation, he added, "But where, Aubrey dear?"
Psh, nowhere that he could think of. It wasn't as if Hogwarts was very exciting. I mean, come /on/. The lake, the forest, just Hogwarts in general... it all seemed very dull really, when he compared it to the lovely Beauxbatons that he so dearly missed. What was so great about Hogwarts anyways, that drew everyone else to it?
