Headphones were tucked into his small, childish ear's, there song's playing to a quiet level of volume, calming and warming him from the inside out. A woolen hat was pulled over strait locks of near-Black, it's knitted surface rolled up once so that eyes could stare threw the crowd. Pale, freckled skin seemed to be pink in the cheeks, and the tip of his strait noes as the chilly wind and snow blew round him. A large wind breaker jacket (which didn't keep him all to warm), was pulled around the broad, tall frame of the male, it's color's of dark orange and light, black and Grey. And above that a long, red and gold striped scarf (no Muggles knew it was from Hogwarts). What would have been loose, but still skinny jeans was now Grey snowboarder pants, with a pair of large black boots over top of them. His torso was covered by a dark green sweater, with the neatly sticked 'E' on it in Christmas red. Why yes, his grandmother did make him that sweater. And, yes, he was a Weasley; Erwin Weasley.
'Hey there Delilah What's it like in New York City? I'm a thousand miles away But girl tonight you look so pretty Yes you do Times Square can't shine as bright as you I swear it's true'
A male voice was singing into Erwin's ears, the Muggle song 'Hey Delilah'. Yep, this was the loud, outgoing Erwin that we have all learned to love (in most cases, hate.), and yet the music that chimed to him was a quietly playing love song; it was slow, too. But he liked it, it was his favorite, and hell, no one but him could hear.
Christmas was nearing, actually, it was in five days. It was around eleven AM, and yet many people were about shopping. Erwin needed gifts for the large amount of family he had gathered, and he was actually successful this year. Clothes, toys, posters, CD's, stuffed animals, accessories, Movies, Antiques... Yet, at the moment, he was in search of a Book store. He wasn't quite sure which one, just that he needed to get a large amount of books, for his mother, siblings and cousins.
So, pushing threw the crowd, Erwin stumbled upon a large dusty old book store, perfect for him. Actually, it gave a slight ring of Wizarding shop, but it was not. Muggles scurried in and out, allowing entrance for Erwin after a moment of staring at the boy who lip sinked under his breath. Giving a large grin, Erwin strolled into the shop.
Walls were covered in thick old books, from left to right, and right to left. There were shelves lined across the room, holding comics and paper-back books alike, even books that gave a fairly good description (and other's a totally off one), of the Wizarding World. With awe in his expression, Erwin gave a slight 'hello' to the old man at the counter who smiled at him and turned to a group of children, the Wizard boy walked his way over to the back shelf. Here sat many poetic romance novels, which he assumed his mother Hermione would love. Once by one Erwin read the back, looked at the picture on the cover, and skimmed threw the first few pages. And the more and more he did this, the more his music played for about the third time,
'A thousand miles seems pretty far But they've got planes and trains and cars I'd walk to you if I had no other way Our friends would all make fun of us and we'll just laugh along because we know That none of them have felt this way Delilah I can promise you That by the time we get through The world will never ever be the same And you're to blame.'

"Have I ever told you that you get on my nerves?" "Several times, yep! About twenty times in the past five minutes but all you're getting is a lot of attention from everyone passing by!" "Shut up, Hailie..."
Skippety dee-doo dah. Who should be out on such a wonderful wintery day but the Pucey sisters, dragging along a less-than-enthuastic brother as well? Or at the very least, Hailie was. Nope, she didn't at all mind it either, having extra weight about her own weight being pulled along behind her, along with the extra struggles thrown in, and the occasional comment about how she was being annoying.
Nope, she was fine at the moment, skipping along all rosy-cheeked and all, with her now most likely cherry red nose. Yep. And then there was Patience. Actually, being caught up with Michael and all, as he kept trying to get her to turn around with his little complaints about how cold it was, both the twins had lost track of Patience.
"Oh where, oh where, could our Patience be?" Oh dear - Hailie had absolutely no idea how funny that sounded. Michael, however, caught the odd stares from Muggles, and rolled his eyes. His sister(s) and all their insanity. Of course, he couldn't be a twin with the normal one - oh no. He /had/ to have most of his classes with the crazy, completely messed in the head one. Yes.
So, what had they been doing all day?
Well, a run-through of Michael's schedule had been, first and foremost, being awoken by Hailie as she demanded that they went shopping that day as he'd, erm... 'lost' her Christmas present. Actually, he'd just not wanted to give it to her, but as he hadn't wanted to admit that, here he was. Either way, she'd only been looking for some excuse to make him come with her and carry the excessive pairs of shoes.
He'd been dragged to some coffee shop where she'd forced him to have hot chocolate (honestly, who forced someone to have hot chocolate?), and then they had come here. A Muggle mall. Oh dear. He was being dragged through various stores - FCUK, whatever else caught Hailie's eye... Honestly, you'd think that the fact she acted similarly to a four year-old would mean that she wasn't interested in all the shopping junk other girls were. Obviously, you'd be wrong.
She was having quite a bit of fun with this, actually - window shopping and the like, and now with her little bit of ice cream. Yes, ice cream. Who actually had ice cream in the winter anyways? Lord, his sister was hopeless... Now, where exactly was Patience? He knew that she'd been with them the entire day - however, between being dragged by Hailie and lugging along a bag with shoes and various other items of clothing, he had absolutely no idea where she had gone.
"Oh my gosh Michael, we lost our sister! Mom's going to /kill/ us!" Oh, a Hailie spaz attack. How nice...

Ding.
The simple noise of the bells chiming on the door caused an elderly woman, who looked to be about seventy-seven, to turn around. Spotting Patience, she smiled warmly, and Patience smiled back. Something about this lady just radiated how kind she was. How helpful with finding things. How....patient she was.
The perfect book keeper, of course. Those were the first thoughts that popped into dear Patience's blonde head right then, and then as if reading her mind, the old woman chuckled. "I saw you looking through the window earlier. Were those your siblings?"
Patience nodded, smiling slightly. She hoped her siblings hadn't noticed her sneaking off. Then again, Hailie was probably too busy dragging a very reluctant Michael along. She helped with that earlier, but had gone in every shop they wanted to. Now it was her turn to look.
"I'm Mrs. Kraft," The white-haired lady said, and Patience grinned. "Patience. Pleased to meet you." Mrs. Kraft looked confused for a moment. "You want me to have patience?"
Patience laughed. "No, that's my name, ma'am. Anyway, do you have any books you'd reccomend?" Mrs Kraft led her to a back section, and in minutes, Patience was handing over dollar bills. "Enjoy your day, dear!" The older lady said, winking. The blonde teen grinned and picked up her bag, letting herself drift to the tables and chairs in the corner of the shop. It was warm and she was ready to read. Nuff said.

"OHMYGODMMICHAEL!" It wasn't as if Patience was actually lost. Oh no. It was that Hailie was absolutely freaking out. "MOM IS GOING TO SKIN US ALIVE IF WE DON'T GET BACK WITH HER LIKE WE SAID WE WOULD." Yes. She was exploding at her twin brother in the middle of a mall. Hell, it wasn't like the kid even wanted to be there. However, Michael was stuck there and his sister was spazzing at him.
"MICHAEL, WE'RE GOING TO BE SKINNED ALIVE IF - HOW CAN YOU BE SO CALM AT A TIME LIKE THIS?" It was now that she began to drag him again, to the nearest store (a rather nice-looking bookstore, which was honestly about to become... quite a bit less peaceful), still extremely on edge and now panicking. A panicked Hailie, particularly in any public area, was never a good thing. "OH MY F**KING GOD, MICHAEL, HELP ME HERE!"
"Hailie, you need to take a deep breath and calm down, so think before you do something stupid like -"
"YOU, KID WITH THE RED AND YELLOW SCARF AND THE HEADPHONES ON!" Say, weren't red and yellow the Gryffindor colours? Hm. How odd. However, Hailie had no time to ponder over this as her words, confusingly fast as usual, came tumbling out. "Have you seen like, a girl like, a little bit shorter than like, you are and she's like, blonde and has brown eyes and has a really stupid name and she like, really really likes to read?"
What the f**k? Why did the kid really need to know any of this. Michael of course, was actually about to ask, before deciding that it would be a better idea not to - his sister had already attracted attention, and there he was held by the wrist by a rather scary... person and looking like a prissy idiot with his little bags from American Eagle and the like. "Hailie... you need to stop making an idiot of yourself... heh... right... now..."

Erwin briefly heard the 'Hey you' part of Hailies little spaz at him. It wasn't really a spaz, more of, well, she seemed worried. Thats all there was to say about it.
Turning his head over his shoulder and taking one headphone out of his ear, Erwin gave a confused, "Huh?" before he was blasted at again. Wow, that girl was loud. Almost as loud as him, or maybe even louder. Either way, it annoyed him, for he annoyed himself, and anyone like him must have serious issues, yes? Of course; as you can see, there was someone who resembled her being held to by the hand.
So, putting on his loud voice and yelling back to her, "OH YOU MEAN," Erwin looked round the store until spotting at almost annoyed looking blonde sitting in a corner, noes in a book (or book in a noes? Erwin didn't really know.), just well, sitting. "THAT ONE OVER THAT-A-WAY!?"
Erwin grinned widely, pointing over to the girl who had previously had a large conversation with, like, the Old mans wife or something. Oh my, they were in a book store, yelling to each other. Well then.

"OH MY GOSH, THANK YOU!" Hailie screamed back, forgetting for just a moment (or perhaps for quite a while now) that they were in a bookstore, immediately abandoning the conversation to sprint over to her sister. "GOSH, PATIENCE! WE LIKE, TURNED AROUND AND YOU LIKE, DISAPPEARED!" Was there something wrong with her? Yes. Serious issues. Yes. Hailie was very deranged, thank you very much for asking.
She, however, had at least dropped Michael's wrist; oh joy - his blood was properly circulating again! He rolled his eyes, watching his sisters and creating... an awkward silence as he stood there awkwardly, finally realizing that he was still holding a bag with rhinestone-studded items and the like, and dropping it, shaking his head. Holy shiznat, was this kid from Hogwarts?
Yes, he was. Michael had totally seem him around before. He just... couldn't place his finger on who it was. "Say, aren't you, um... a Weasley?" Anyone passing by would uber confused, yes (and if Michael was wrong, so would the supposed Weasley kid). Now, where had he learned the word uber? Ah, another lovely little gift that came with being related to Hailie. Oh my...

Kyleigh blinked. "But Lee. This was supposed to be my party. Not a party for you." Lee cackled and threw off her cloak. "But I'm not Lee," the unknown girl cackled. "Well, if you're not Lee, then..then, who are you?" Kyleigh trembled as the girl started toward her menacingly. "I am -"
"God! Can't a girl get a /minute/ of peace and quiet?" Patience spouted quickly. She was rather loud herself, and had started to read books last year. They rocked, in her opinion. She slammed her book shut, looking annoyed, and looked up to see what annoying person was talking to her now.
"Oh," Patience said suddenly, recongizing Hailie and Michael. "H-...Hi, guys." She smiled sheepishly, looking down at her feet. Suddenly she started to talk very rapidly. "We went in all the shops you wanted to and no one ever wants to go into the book store so I was looking in the window and you guys left and so I went in and Mrs. Kraft helped me find some new books." This came out in one breath.
"You're not mad. Right? Because I didn't mean for you to worry and I was just going to look for a second but then I started reading and the story kept getting better so I couldn't put it down and it was so quiet and warm here." She looked down at her feet.

"ARGH, PATIENCE!" Oh dear. The menacing capital letters screaming. Yes, erm, screaming. "You can't walk off like that! You can't, can't, can't, can't, can't, abso-freaking-lutely can't! Do you have any idea how long it took to find you?" Pfft, it hadn't taken that long. Just a mild little ten-second freak-out in the midst of everything else that could happen at a mall, and then a little spaz at some random kid wearing a striped scarf (which she had to admit was an awesome scarf, very nice colours and all).
Not that she was mad. It was very rare to be the younger Pucey twin to be actually upset. She was just completely insane. Yep, and now everyone within earshot thought she was insane. She could actually see the people outside gawking. Nothing to look at here, go away! One thing wrong and there she was again, blowing her top. She had no idea why. In about two seconds' time or so, she would be running off again to pick up her lovely little bag Michael had just dropped.
Two... one. "OH MY GOSH, MICHAEL, PICK THAT BAG BACK UP!" How dare he drop that! That had cost... well, she had no idea, but for some reason or another, her mother had had a credit card that had been left there on the kitchen counter that morning, and as Hailie would say, of course she wouldn't mind. "It took you, like five minutes to find me," Patience said, looking at her watch, then smirking and holding it up. "I timed you." She smiled sympathetically at Michael as Hailie turned and blew up at him. As soon as Hailie was distracted, she darted off to the Weasley. "Hey hey you you! I...I know you! OHMYGOSH. YOU'RE RELATED TO HEIDI. That's Hailie's best friend, you know, and she's a Weasley too and so you know and yeah and are you just related or are you her brother cause she has lots of siblings."
Patience nodded. It was like she was a whole nother person when she wasn't absorbed in her books. She was peppy, like, all the time, and loved to listen in on the phone conversations between Heidi and Hailie. She knew many things about them, like Heidi had an incurable crush on Zac Efron, the muggle actor, and she loved pirate rubber duckies.
Patience bobbed her head up and down to the soft classical music that was playing in the store, even though she preferred peppy music.
