The Character: Basics[/U]
Full Name: Aidan Abraham Smith
Age: 16
Parents' Names: Zacharias & Tracey Smith
House at Hogwarts: Gryffindor
Year at Hogwarts: Sixth
Gender: Male
History:
Aidan was the first child out of the quadruplet set. Oh yes, quadruplets. Aidan, then Autumn, and as the weather changed to a bright and sunny day rather than the dismal rain they'd been having, Orion and Oracle had come. Oh my, oh dear. Quadruplets - how did their parents manage? Well, Aidan honestly wasn't too much fuss.
Perhaps he needed a bit of food spooned into his mouth every once in a while or so, but it had never been much like Aidan to cause trouble. He got along with his siblings (yes, actually, he did) and was... girl-ified by those younger sisters of his, many a time. Thankfully they were the same age, elsewise he would be shoved into something terribly embarassing and wheeled about in a pink carriage while they played 'House'. Oh my, oh dear, that would have been terrible.
However, thankfully Aidan was the same age as the others, other than the several-minute difference. While he wasn't favoured by his parents (do you honestly believe /yours/ when they tell you, "I love you and your siblings all the same"?), Aidan was loved nonetheless, and grew up a normal child. Or at least, he grew up normally until he hit the age of nine.
Who would have thought that there was an actual phobia of /people/? Oh yes, with extreme social anxiety, it was very rare for Aidan, from that point on, to be caught dead doing something as simple as eating in a public area. The Great Hall, when he arrived at Hogwarts, was almost unbearable to stay inside, considering the amount of people. It was a wonder that he survived to his sixth year, but he'd somehow done it.
His life from then on proved to be quite different, considering he had fewer friends as he could never work up to courage to go talk to someone. His siblings were the few that he would talk to, which was hard seeing as the four were divided into seperate houses. It was a surprise, really, that he'd been Sorted into Gryffindor, the House of the brave apparently. However, Aidan never did live up to that, and while he knows deep down somewhere that he may be able to put his neck on the line for some special few, as of yet he has had no brilliant strokes of courage.
Siblings Attending Hogwarts: Autumn by Keia, Oracle by Stripey, and Orion by Bee. :]

-He's got the most amazing, loooverly eyes. o: Still counts.
Bad Qualities:
-He has social phobia/anxiety.
-He's a pessimist.
-He tries too hard to be make people happy.
Overall Personality:
Aidan is a people pleaser. Always has been, always will be. Or at least, he tries to be. When he can't, he tends to get depressed, and the last thing anyone needs is Aidan being all depressed on them. Normally, he's quiet. Too quiet. He's very skittish and nervous; always pondering over things such as, "What if they don't like me?" or "What if I say the wrong thing?" He's anxious quite a lot of the time, and finds it extremely difficult to look on the bright side. He's never, or at least, rarely ever seen anywhere where there are crowds of people (giant
He's insecure, and won't know what to say around most people, including his close friends and family, unfortunately. He does love them all, and knows where his loyalties lie, but when it comes down to it it's hard for him to say anything to them, or admit something. He'll start stuttering, and all the while his thoughts will be very negative. "Should I /really/ say this?" is something he always wonders.
